When you use Global Response’s website or services we collect certain data about you.

We may use your submitted data to create a claim within our Customer Management Database and to verify your insurance policy. Once your claim is created we may use your email address provided to email you a printable claim form. Your data may be used to access our online claims portal which can provide you with status updates about your claim and its stage within the claims process.
Your data is stored on our secure servers in the UK where it can be viewed by our staff and our suppliers, all of whom comply with the Data Protection Act 1988. By submitting your data to us you agree to this.
We will only share your data with a third party supplier to help with the processing of your claim.
If you use Global Response’s client portal or CMS, we will place a small cookie on your computer containing an encrypted string of characters enabling you to move from page to page on our site without the need to log back in. This cookie expires after 2 hours of inactivity.
